Another Concealed Weapons Permit Instructor has been arrested for perjury. This time from Lexington, SC. Apparently, this instructor did not teach the required amount of hours and did not offer range time per state law. The people who attended the course may also be charged with perjury.   Remember if you teach a Concealed Weapons Permit class make sure you are teaching it per S.C. state law. Also, if you are attending a class, you need to make sure you are receiving the required amount of training before signing the application stating you have attended and  received the required training as  prescribed in S.C. state law. You must receive at least 8 hours of training with required range training and qualification.
