South Carolina Legislative Update:

H. 3212, the Open Reciprocity Bill, was signed into law with an effective date of June 16, 2008. The bill passed by the House and Senate was slightly different from the original version supported by GOSC.

Track and take action on all legislation impacting GOSC members.

Additionally, GOSC joined 39 other State Associations in support of efforts to overturn the District of Columbia's handgun ban. Read the President's message for more information.
